Lev Orlov, Managing Partner
Lev serves as the Managing Partner of Riverside Realty Capital. Prior to forming Riverside in 2020, Lev was the Acquisitions Manager for Cincinnati based Viking Partners. During his ten years at Viking, he oversaw the acquisition of over $500 million of real estate including fee simple, note purchases and REO.
Today Lev is involved with JFS, LEAD, YAD, ULI ans ICSC and resides in Cincinnati, OH with his wife Maggie, son Maxwell and Gold Retriever Oliver.
